The view from our upgraded room was stunning, and the restaurant upstairs had a lovely outlook too. We only stayed one night to visit the Pyramids and the new museum, both conveniently close by. Noora greeted us so warmly and went out of her way to help, and Youssef downstairs was just as friendly. We especially enjoyed his stories whenever we passed through. The hotel is on the 11th floor of a residential building and has its own restaurant. A few things made the stay less comfortable: the Wi-Fi was unreliable, though staff tried hard to fix it, and 2 of the 3 lifts had no closing doors or shutters, which felt unsettling. Our room was below the restaurant, so we could hear tables and chairs being moved at night. Still, those issues didn't outweigh the caring service and good value. We had a great stay and wish the team well.

We were able to get a late checkout for our evening flight, and Noran kindly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the pyramids. Yousef was a huge help throughout, and the hotel was excellent. Heightopia Lounge, the hotel's restaurant one floor up, was great too. I'd definitely suggest dinner there, especially the lamb shank. In traffic, it's about 10-15 minutes by taxi to either the pyramids entrance or the Grand Egyptian Museum.

We booked a tour through the hotel, and they arranged airport transportation and breakfast even though our transfer was at 6 AM. The restaurant was delicious too. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the best service we had on our whole trip. We arrived at 4 AM, and the area initially seemed dark and deserted, but the reception is on the 11th floor and the hotel felt completely different once we got upstairs. It was beautiful. Our first room didn't have a pyramid view as we had expected, but they changed it without any fuss. The view really is like the photos, amazing. Don't be put off by the location outside; inside, it was absolutely worth staying.

The internet was the one real drawback. Its speed and reliability were below what I expected, which could be a problem for work or video calls. Otherwise, I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay at Spire West Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the hotel was good value compared with many nearby places. It's also very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), so getting there each day was easy. I'd recommend it to anyone planning to visit the GEM.

Youssef took care of everything we needed and handled it professionally. The staff were all friendly and ready to help whenever we needed them, and the hotel was clean and well located. I'd love to come back for another stay like this. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
