Traveling alone felt easy thanks to the hotel's hospitality. The staff helped me from start to finish, and the location is ideal. The view speaks for itself. They can also arrange excursions and sightseeing tours, including tickets and a driver. It was a very pleasant stay in Caïro, thanks to the staff's loving care.

The people are what made this place special. Everyone on staff was kind, genuine, and ready to help. Nadia went above and beyond on our first day, joining me and my dad in a tuk-tuk to get local Egyptian SIM cards because we didn't speak Arabic. She also helped plan an itinerary as soon as we arrived and had it ready for the next morning. Ahmed, the owner, personally guided us around Cairo for two days. Born in Cairo and highly experienced, he was exceptional. We got into every museum and site we wanted, often without the usual wait or time slots. He answered our questions warmly, adjusted plans as we went, and tailored each day to how we felt. The hotel also arranged a day trip to Alexandria with a driver and a wonderful local archaeologist guide who was passionate about the sites. Everything ran smoothly. The hotel felt safe, comfortable, spotless, and well run. Our rooms were very comfortable, and we felt fine leaving valuables behind while out for the day. Breakfast was a lovely spread, and we never tired of eating with that view. From the rooftop, the pyramids looked unbelievable. Breakfast there each morning felt unreal, and seeing them again at sunset after a long day of exploring was magical. We had a fantastic stay at the Palace Pyramids Hotel and can't recommend it more highly. We truly had a once-in-a-lifetime trip and are already planning to return later this year. Before visiting Egypt, we'd heard the usual stories about scams and needing to stay on guard. Our experience couldn't have been further from that. Everyone we met was welcoming and wanted us to feel at home. The warmth and energy of the people, especially at this hotel, completely changed our perspective. Egypt is vibrant, generous, and a little chaotic in the best possible way, and the hotel and its staff reflect that perfectly.

Ahmed was a great guide, professional and knowledgeable, and took us around with real enthusiasm. He showed us shops we wouldn't have found by ourselves. When we asked for a bigger car after the first day, they immediately switched us to a newer, larger one, which was awesome. The staff were ready to arrange tours, taxis, and whatever else we needed. We loved our stay: the rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed down to the small details. After a long day touring, the rooftop restaurant was a convenient dinner option, with a beautiful view of the Giza pyramids. It's a great choice if you want reasonable prices, kind people, a safe stay, and the convenience of having things arranged for you.

Mohammed, Nadir, Ahmed, and Mahmood gave us great recommendations for places to eat in Cairo and useful advice for visiting the city. Their support helped us feel safe, comfortable, and happy during our stay. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout, always ready to help and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. I'd give them 6 stars!

Mohammed was everything we could have hoped for. He was kind and helpful every day, arranging a private driver whenever we needed one, including transportation when we went to Anyma. When we slept past the end of breakfast, he made a late breakfast for us. On my birthday, he found out and organized a surprise cake, and everyone sang happy birthday. From help with luggage, preparing the room, and complimentary coffee and cigarettes, to offering good deals on trips to Alexandria, Sakkara, and the great pyramid of Gyza, the staff took care of everything. It was our first time in Egypt. My partner and I love the country's history and wanted to get the most out of our trip, and the hotel staff made the whole experience unforgettable. They were the definition of hospitality. The hotel was really nice and cozy, and the prices were fair. 10/10, I'd recommend staying here for a Cairo visit.
