The rooms were clean, which was about the only thing in this hotel's favor. We found the pool unpleasant too, right beside the road and full of flies, while the hotel's beach was far away and difficult to reach without a car. Room service was very expensive for what it delivered. There was no barber or spa available, even though it was September, supposedly because the season was ending. Breakfast didn't begin until 10 AM, and that wasn't mentioned when we booked. We asked the night before for lunch boxes since we had an early departure. They said they'd be ready at 8 AM, but even two hours later nothing had been prepared. The hotel was nearly empty, yet service was slow and our requests didn't seem to be taken seriously. They also wanted extra payment for earlier breakfast, as shown on the service menu card in the room. With the high prices, that felt like an outrageous scam. We were left with empty promises and what seemed like greed for money. We left hungry and disappointed. It might be tolerable for one night, but we would never stay here again.

The rooms are modern, spotless and tastefully furnished, with well-designed spaces that feel both relaxing and sophisticated. The Red Residence in Sahel is elegant, carefully maintained and has its own clear identity, which is unusual for the area. We found the staff attentive and helpful, present without hovering. The service felt professional but informal, and check-in was fast and well organized, with a strong focus on guests. Its Sahel location is convenient for the beach while still feeling private and peaceful. One of the best residences in Sahel, and highly recommended if you're after comfort and style above the area's average.

We spent two hours trying to sort things out, then demanded a refund. The hotel had no cash, so we had to drive an hour to another hotel to get our money back. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had booked a double room for one night and specifically confirmed access to Hacienda White Beach. I had also paid half the cost upfront. When we arrived, the manager told me there was no beach access and said he thought I didn't need it, despite what I'd confirmed. Then he told us to find a QR code to enter Hacienda and go to a friend's place. The manager was rude and unhelpful. He said he was new, but wouldn't help us or resolve the problem, and insisted we accept their terrible service. Read the booking reviews carefully before choosing this hotel. It was a complete disaster.

The lively atmosphere and comfort made the stay feel luxurious. The food was amazing, especially breakfast, and the service was impeccable. Every detail helped make it unforgettable, a truly exceptional experience.
