Ananea Hurghada-Adults Only Hotel

The location made everything easy, with the marina, airport, and main areas all close by. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and always clean. The staff were so attentive and made the whole hotel feel warm and welcoming. Big shoutout to the front desk team, Saad Elsayed, who always made dining a great experience, Ismail Mahmoud, who kept the tequila shots coming, the woman making fresh bread, and even the lifeguard. Everyone was amazing!

Mohammed brought a cheerful, kind presence to our meals on the outdoor terrace, and his singing helped make the atmosphere feel relaxed and lovely. Mahmoud at the pool bar also stood out for being dedicated, consistently friendly, and exemplary in his work. He made our stay special and memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the towel attendant did a great job. Our room was always clean, tidy, and well maintained, with fresh towels delivered regularly. The service was excellent. One small suggestion: a tip box in each area would be more convenient.

The beach and pool are lovely, and the sunbeds are really comfortable. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and the staff were attentive and very helpful throughout. We’re a couple in our mid-30s who usually prefer sightseeing and culture, so the all-inclusive setup wasn’t really aimed at us, though we came for a bit of downtime by the sea. We expected more of a buzz from an adults-only hotel, but evenings were quiet, with no lively bar or music after dinner. The food wasn’t great either, although that seems pretty standard for all-inclusives. The bed felt oddly hard for a five-star hotel, but we did sleep fine.

Ananea was a lovely place to stay, especially if you want some quiet and relaxation. The staff were friendly every time we dealt with them, and they spoke good English, with some German too. If you get bored easily, though, the calm atmosphere might not suit you.
