We spent a week at arabella and chose to stay around the resort most of the time instead of going on excursions or dive boats, which was a change for us. The animation team kept us entertained and laughing the whole time. Kenzie and Mo deserve a special shout-out. The staff were always ready to help, and the hotel food was nice. There are a couple of speciality restaurants on site. If you visit Al Raouch, don't eat all day beforehand, there's so much food. The snorkeling from the beach was superb, with fish in all shapes, sizes and colours. I'd recommend this hotel 100%.

We had a really enjoyable stay at arabella azur. The resort is in a private, security-gated area and looks stunning from outside. It's huge, with several pools and a beachfront location. There are two restaurants, and we liked one more because the food seemed freshly made. You can also get snacks at the bars, with unlimited drinks throughout the day, and plenty of food options with a different theme each day. The nightly entertainment was phenomenal. The team were fantastic, and it felt like a bonus to have a show of that quality included at the resort. Our room was nice and clean. WiFi doesn't reach the rooms, but you can use it outside them. A special shout-out to waiter Mustafa, who was lovely to be around each evening and made the trip special.

A beautiful setting, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and entertainment let us down a bit. Iced coffee, fresh juices and most cocktails cost extra, they aren't included.

The coral reef snorkeling was an out-of-this-world experience. I was there with my two girls and never felt unsafe. All the staff were helpful and supportive, and the facilities made me happy enough that I'm already looking forward to coming back. A couple of things could be better: the linens, sheets and comforter covers had lots of lint and should be replaced, since the bed didn't feel soft and cozy and sleep was uncomfortable. Also, the shower water didn't drain properly because the floor wasn't level.
