We felt unsafe and humiliated throughout our stay. Some staff behaved disgustingly toward the women in our family, staring at them in a creepy, inappropriate way and making them feel watched the whole time. What should be a family-friendly place felt disrespectful and disturbing, and the women in our group were uncomfortable and anxious. One staff member also tried to falsely accuse a family member of something they hadn't done. It was bizarre, unprofessional and almost threatening, and made us question whether we were safe. The cleanliness was dreadful too: sewage water everywhere, awful smells, and pools so filthy they looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days, maybe weeks. The rooms were tiny and claustrophobic, nothing like the photos or what was promised online. This wasn't just a bad stay, it was terrifying and humiliating. This hotel is a serious risk, especially for women and families. Avoid it at all costs.

The location by the sea is beautiful, and the bridge provided the only good access to the water. The normal shore entry was full of garbage and unpleasant to use. Then the bridge was damaged and took time to repair. There were daily water cuts, the whole area was dirty and badly maintained, and reception and management were very rude and unhelpful. A horrible experience. I really wouldn't recommend it.

I was supposed to stay at Bellagio next door and came here as a temporary fix. The room was dirty, with no towel or toilet roll, and no bulb in the lamp. I was alone, and as a young woman I felt very uncomfortable when a man who works here followed me into my room late at night and demanded my number. I had to shove him away to make him leave. The next morning I woke covered in bed bug bites. Very itchy, very uncomfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The beach is sandy, shallow and good for children, but the hotel is far away and there are no shops or supermarkets nearby. When you do find a shop, prices are high. The sea water was hot 😂. There are two pools: one was dirty and much too hot, while the other was good. I think the place is suitable for its price 🤷

The room price is excellent, especially since all the furniture is new. The place has a beautiful, cozy area and a nice, clean beach.
