The diving really added to our holiday. I went with Dive Centre Cave Divers for the second time, and they impressed me again. The team are professional and friendly, and they take good care of you in and out of the water. The resort was a lovely place to stay overall. The restaurants had a good range of tasty food, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The amenities felt in line with a four-star resort, and the location is especially good for diving. There were a couple of disappointments. The beds were hard, which made sleeping difficult. I also had problems with the spa: one massage therapist didn’t seem experienced enough to give a satisfying treatment, and although I paid for three massages, I only received two. I ended up paying too much for the services I got, so I’d make sure to have all the details written down when booking. Even with those bedding and spa issues, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the friendly resort and its diving, while being careful about the spa services.

We stayed for nine nights and would come back if they changed the chef in the kitchen. The hotel was clean enough, and the sea was a wonderful surprise, the best I’ve seen in Hurghada, though there are no corals here. There were lots of German and Russian guests. I noticed a Russian flag on one balcony and was surprised the staff didn’t ask for it to be taken down. Does that mean anyone can hang their country’s flag there? It felt disrespectful to other guests.

I was staying at another hotel and went for a walk along the beach. After 45 minutes, I couldn’t get past this supposedly private beach at a supposedly luxurious hotel, so I had to turn back. That policy is shocking and completely unacceptable.

An ideal spot for relaxing, with good water and plenty of food to choose from. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the hotels are cool. Five stars from me.

The staff made the stay feel personal. They were courteous, friendly, and ready to help, and housekeeping kept the rooms clean and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and well looked after, with balconies that often have lovely views. The hotel is also close to the beach, so getting to the sand and sea is easy. It’s a peaceful, welcoming spot, with a bit of luxury for anyone looking to unwind. You can relax by the pool, walk along the coast, or have a meal overlooking the ocean.
