The pools and gardens are lovely, and it’s a nice bonus that you can use the hotel across the road too. Food choice was extensive and plentiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early, at 9.30am, but were welcomed, allowed to have breakfast and checked in by 10.30. The resort looks tired in places. Our room was cleaned daily, though the sheets and towels were quite washed out, and there were no gowns in the wardrobe. Drinks weren’t great: beer glasses were very small, there was no draught beer, only bottled, and it often tasted a bit flat. Local spirits were mediocre and the wine wasn’t good. Wi-Fi was free and fairly good. We’d spent two weeks in Sharm beforehand and got far better value for money at our previous hotel.

The staff are friendly, the food is wonderful, the rooms are nice and the pools are great. Everything felt perfect, and I was very satisfied. They’ve added all-inclusive lunch from 12-3pm on the beach by the pier, which wasn’t there last year. If you want a front-row place on the beach, get up early and put your towels and something else on the sunbeds, otherwise Russians are coming to take your bed. I’m coming back soon!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever spent a vacation in, with great service and a wonderful entertainment program. Asia, the animator, deserves a special mention. She has wonderful energy with the guests, and her creativity and commitment are fantastic. She’s the best.

There are 10-15 restaurants in this great resort, and the rooms are good. You can spend your stay relaxing by the pool and eating, but I’d really recommend that the owners add some activities or services too, instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants. The internet inside the rooms is terrible. For me, it didn’t work there at all.

It’s an older hotel, but very nice, with lots of greenery and great pools. The dining rooms are new, and the food is very good with a perfect choice for everyone. Rooms are older but well maintained. We had room 2508, cleaned by Tawfek, and his care of the room and our comfort was perfect. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend his services. Thank you.
