Hotel Titanic Beach Spa And Aqua Park

The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful, and often checked whether you wanted drinks. Our room was amazing and well stocked with water, Sprite, and cola. The building itself feels like a work of art, from the architecture to the artwork, and there was so much culture to visit. There were plenty of things to do, including a games room, many pools both heated and cool, a water park with slides, and a beach. The buffet was much the same each day, though themed restaurants helped break it up. It made for an excellent holiday.

There’s loads to do here, from the shops, spa and bowling arcade to the beach, and the hotel is big without lacking anything you need. My kids had a great time. The food was very good, though we never got a booking at the Japanese restaurant during our stay, so I’d like the booking system to be fairer. In the main restaurant, flies and birds landed on the food, which wasn’t great. The gym could be better, and salon treatments felt pricey: €50 for a basic pedicure, or €60 with gel polish. Massages were good and better value. Our room was cleaned daily, with water and Coke or Sprite left in the fridge each day, and the air conditioning worked really well. WiFi was poor, but reception gave us access to the VIP WiFi after we complained. At the pool, if there weren’t any free loungers, the lifeguards would find some for us.

The staff always go out of their way to make the stay a good one, which is why I keep returning to Titanic Beach and Spa resort. For the price, I think the service and quality are hard to beat. We tried two room types on this visit, and both were cleaned every day, with water and cola replenished daily. I’ve seen comments about bland food, but that hasn’t been our experience. There are plenty of à la carte options, and we chose those because we love international cuisine. We only ate twice in the main restaurant, though there was nothing wrong with the food there.

Hamdy deserves a special mention for being professional, friendly and ready to help whenever needed. He made a real difference to my stay, and the hotel is lucky to have people like him. My room was comfortable, clean and well looked after. The atmosphere was welcoming, the location was convenient, and I felt the hotel offered good value.
