JAZ Elite Asteria Hotel

The dining was excellent, with a wide range of tasty, well-prepared dishes. Whether we were at the pool, beach or restaurants, things were organized to make the holiday stress-free. What stood out most at JAZ Elite Asteria was how professional and kind the staff were. Everyone welcomed us warmly, stayed ready to help, and made us feel valued. The facilities were modern and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail throughout the hotel. It was a wonderful mix of comfort, quality and relaxation. We left with lovely memories and a strong wish to come back, and would happily recommend this resort to anyone after a high-quality holiday.

The five à la carte restaurants impressed me most. Each has its own atmosphere, excellent service and remarkably good food. It’s rare to find a hotel where every restaurant keeps up such a high standard, but this one exceeded expectations. Cleanliness is outstanding too, with every corner spotless and maintained to a very high level. I want to thank every staff member for making our stay so special. Their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to guests were exceptional. No request seemed too difficult, and they always went above and beyond. It really felt like anything was possible. This is a full luxury experience, far more than just a hotel. I highly recommend it for world-class service, dining and an unforgettable holiday. Easily one of the finest hotels I’ve visited, and it deserves six stars.

A big thank you to all the staff, especially Ahmed Mahmoud from room services, Fakhry and Sayed from the main restaurant, Hazem from Le Dolce Vita restaurant, and Ahmed from Ginger restaurant. They were all kind to us and to my son, who made them his everyday friends. Mr. Saad the manager made sure we were as comfortable as possible, and kindly offered us goodbye gifts that were much appreciated. The level of welcome, hospitality and generosity went above and beyond. The hotel is new, very well kept, with many pools, a water park and a lovely coral reef for snorkelling. The food variety and quality really speak for JAZ and are one of its strongest advantages. The staff made our stay the best, and we’ll definitely come back.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to have a sweet snack stand by the pool with crepes, waffles and similar treats. I’d also have liked the pool to be a little warmer, since the water was quite cold and not always pleasant for swimming. The entertainment team was friendly and energetic, brightening our days and creating a great atmosphere. The food was very good too, especially at the Asian restaurant, which we really enjoyed. Mahmoud at reception was kind, professional and helpful from our very first evening, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The drivers, Youssef and Hassan, were kind during our trips and transfers, and all the staff were caring and welcoming. We had a very pleasant week and an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you, we’ll definitely come back with pleasure!
