JAZ Royal Palmariva

The beachfront setting is fantastic and a great starting point for excursions. Food was good and varied, and the specialty restaurants were a nice break from the main buffet. Rooms are dated, but perfectly adequate. Bar service was slow sometimes, though the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Eslam and Honey deserve a special shout out for turning a good stay into a great one.

We were there for five nights in December, on our first trip to Egypt. The hotel was very quiet, with hardly any guests, but the animation team still worked so hard to keep the atmosphere going. People from all over the world made a point of talking to us and including us in activities, day and night. We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Tamara, Honey, Maja and Sophia were among them. Thank you to the whole team for making our first visit so memorable.

There are several pools and bars, with easy access to the beach and nearby areas. The restaurant offers plenty of choices, and the selection changes from day to day. Staff were friendly and upbeat throughout. The entertainment team was especially good at helping us feel comfortable and making sure we had a great time. Eslam and Honey deserve a special mention.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere made our stay very pleasant. Our room and the hotel were clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly all the way through, especially the animation team. The food was delicious and everything we needed was provided.
