We spent five nights here, and the team took wonderful care of us from start to finish. As we’re writing this on our way to the airport, we’re already thinking about coming back. The hotel is right beside a kite surfing school, less than a five-minute walk along the beach, so I was able to take lessons. We also loved the spa, especially the Thai masseur I had. We ate at the hotel three times, and every dish was delicious. El Gouna was the last stop on our two-week trip through Egypt, and at other places, from the Four Seasons and Sofitel to the dahabiya down the Nile, food and water issues had caused us daily cramps. At La Maison Bleue, we had no concerns at all. The food felt fresh and safe, and its quality was exceptional. The service was excellent, with everyone going out of their way for guests. Just two small things: the Green Room was quite cold when we ate there, even with blankets, and one waiter kept calling us “bros.” He clearly meant no harm and we weren’t offended, but it felt a little odd in such a refined setting.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had with Ms. Julia. Her technique was incredible, she knew just how to ease the tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed. She was professional, attentive, and really talented. The spa at Maison Bleue El Gouna is elegant and peaceful too. Highly recommended!

I spent a couple of days here and really enjoyed it. The hospitality made me feel like a prince staying in one of his castles, and Egyptian hospitality wins every time. Special thanks to Momen and Basma. Their kindness and generosity in serving guests are why I’d recommend the place to others.

We were welcomed warmly on arrival, offered complimentary sparkling wine, and had our luggage brought up promptly. The rooms and hotel were breathtaking, and every request was handled right away. Manager Mohamed was especially attentive, respectful, and professional, and the whole staff delivered service that went beyond what I’d expect even at a typical five-star hotel. The design and location are beautiful, and the experience was excellent value. I intend to return.

The service here was easily the best I’ve experienced in El Gouna, and I’d highly recommend La Maison Bleue if you want to unwind somewhere beautiful. The atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and inspiring. The place has a distinct old Roman elegance, with striking wall murals and artistic details everywhere. Around every corner, it feels like stepping into a living painting. There’s nothing else quite like it in El Gouna.
