A very disappointing stay. The room was extremely uncomfortable and in poor condition. One staff member, Mahmoud Dongol, was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making an already bad stay even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The beach was the only good thing about this hotel. Everything else made it the worst hotel I’ve ever seen or stayed in. They didn’t clean the rooms or provide towels and shower products. Construction work inside the hotel left dust everywhere, and the internet connection was poor, so we had to use mobile data almost all the time. The restaurant served terrible food on dirty dishes, including expired items like yoghurt and cheese. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. You can find better places in the same city for the same price.

Kite surfing is available on the beach, though it’s very expensive. The reception was comfortable, and when we reported the heater problem, they fixed it the next day. Beyond that, the stay was very poor. Room service barely seemed to matter to anyone, and there was only one person cleaning rooms during our holiday. The pillows and sheets had yellow spots, and the bathroom was rusty and not fully clean. There wasn’t enough light because the main lights were burned out. The rooms also lacked a microwave, cupboard, hair dryer, plastic cups, slippers, robe, soap cabinet, and tissues. Responses from the House were slow and inconsistent. Only one pool was open, with the others closed for maintenance, and there weren’t enough loungers for the guests. The beach had no services or showers. There were no parties, animation, or sit-down restaurant, just a Syrian takeaway place. The price is low, so it may suit someone who only needs a place to stay and doesn’t expect more than a two-star experience. I think the hotel would improve a lot if management hired more housekeeping staff and paid attention to their work.

The rooms, food, service, and location were all exceptional. We also liked the beach bar, especially the nice staff. Across the road, 'moon' had friendly staff and sheesha at a good price. At the hotel, culot and Abdullah (?spelling unknown?) were super!
