We loved the beautiful, well-kept beach line, with plenty of clean space to relax and enjoy the sea. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, and it was clear they cared about making guests comfortable. The animation team was another highlight. They were energetic, friendly, and put real effort into making things fun and welcoming for both adults and kids. They made each day special. We had a wonderful stay from the first day and would love to return.

The rooms and complex look good, though everything is quite spread out. I haven’t seen any entertainment yet. The food hasn’t impressed me on my first day. We booked because there are four restaurants as well as a buffet, but last night the buffet felt like a huge school canteen, and the food was only warm. I got up late because of the time difference and missed breakfast, but then found nowhere serving food from 10.30am to 1pm. I’ve never experienced that before. When I tried to book the other restaurants today, two of the free ones had very limited choices, and you have to preorder from the menu the day before. The menu books aren’t clearly labeled with the restaurant names, and one had its holes punched the wrong way. Three male customer relations staff also ignored me for a good minute while they chatted to each other. I wouldn’t expect that from a 5 star. The all inclusive drinks are local spirits in plastic bottles, wine, and beer. I’d hoped for some local liquors. There’s no bar by the quiet part of the pool either, so you have to walk some distance just to get water.

We felt at home here and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced regularly. Food was tasty and varied, with plenty to choose from each day. Right by the sea, the hotel has a beautiful beach and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d happily recommend it and return.

The resort is remote from most attractions, which is what you’d expect from a seaside getaway. We were put in Block 3, quite far from the lobby, and initially our key wouldn’t work, so we were left waiting outside. A staff portal came to deliver our luggage, and when we told him, he promptly went back to reception to sort it out. We really appreciated his quick help. Our room was spacious, with a balcony looking over the pools and gardens, though the winter weather kept us from using it much. There were no tissue boxes, and toiletries were limited to hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. On our final night, the shower water pump malfunctioned, and water gushed out of the tap, making it impossible to shower properly. It seemed like wear and tear. The resort is vast, with lots of dining options. The blue wristband gave us unlimited food and drinks for our two-night stay. We mostly ate at the main buffet, where the spread was extensive and looked impressive, though the food itself was average. We also tried the Italian restaurant, which required booking at the lobby and choosing the menu in advance. The food was a little better than the buffet, but still disappointing. The soup was too salty, and the beef steak was tough, so most of us didn’t finish. Luckily, we’d already eaten at the buffet before dinner. The nightly singing and dancing shows were lively and entertaining, and made for a pleasant atmosphere.
