Resort Serenity Sky Arc Resort - Sahl Hasheesh

We’ve stayed here twice already and are going back in July. We’re big fans of the place. The hotel had only opened the year before, and we were very happy with its service, cleanliness and luxury. I especially appreciated that the water was bottled, since we had no stomach problems at all. The pool is large, the rooms are clean and luxurious, and the beach is lovely. There’s a specially designed beach bar with a pleasant atmosphere and swings. Anyone coming here should have a wonderful holiday. The tall, young restaurant manager, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, was warm and happy to sort out all my food requests. We had a nice chat. The woman at the reception on the right spoke with us in German and was responsible for Feedbeck. She was ready to help whenever we had a request. And it always makes us happy to see Edriss, our waiter, again. This was our second time meeting him. Room 2229, family Tetzlaff & Tasic. We can’t wait to see you again!

We spent 13 nights at Serenity Sky Arc hotel and had a fantastic time. Thank you to Mr Emad Fahmy and the whole team. My girlfriend would already be back next month if it were up to her 😅. We’ll definitely return. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is about 30 minutes by taxi from HRG int. Airport. It’s a new, beautiful, classy place with a clean, spacious, well-kept beach. You can snorkel right off the hotel beach and see plenty of beautiful fish. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious at the buffet restaurant, and we also enjoyed the Italian and Asian a-la-card restaurants. At the main restaurant, our waiter Edris (Ronaldo) would have our favourite drinks ready at the table when we arrived with our food. He was hospitable and friendly. The lobby bar has comfortable seats, good coffee and delicious cocktails. The beach bar team were great too, bringing water, iced coffee, beer, cocktails and whatever else you fancied. The staff and management went beyond what we expected to make things comfortable. They responded quickly on whatsapp or in person, and sorted minor issues or answered our questions. My girlfriend lost her silk hair tie between the lobby bar and our room. We couldn’t find it, but a few hours after reporting it, the search team brought it back to our room while we were at the beach. There were entertaining shows every night, with music quizzes, live acts and games. Our room was 2435, and both cleaners were thorough, polite and respectful. They made sure we had enough water, soap and clean towels every day. The bar crew at the Lobby, Pool, Beach and Amphitheater bars deserve a special thank you. All Mohameds and the other staff, whose names we unfortunately didn’t remember, knew our cocktail preferences even though they weren’t on the main menu, and made them brilliantly. Their friendliness and fun made the stay unforgettable. We also highly recommend the hotel spa massages, especially from Dodo and her friend. They gave us amazing massages! We’ve just finished our stay in Hurghada, and we’ll definitely be back. Everyone here takes pride in their work, and the whole team helped make the holiday special. The beach was clean and relaxing. Big thanks to Moe, Mohamed and Ebram at the beach bar. They were always smiling, friendly and kept the drinks coming all day. Oliwia was another highlight, funny and genuinely lovely to talk to, and the entertainment was brilliant. Breakfast was a pleasure too, thanks to Hayfam, who was welcoming, attentive and never made anything feel like trouble. Akmar, our room cleaner, was an absolute star. The room stayed spotless, and the towel animals she left made us smile every day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way for us. Thank you all for such a special holiday.

P.s. you guys need to change the bed sheets, just buy a new one. I’m staying here right now with my partner. We travel a lot, and this is the best hotel we’ve ever been to.
