Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma

The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a bed that gave me one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The calm, elegant atmosphere made it easy to relax. Everything felt considered and well organized, from the amenities to the quality of service. The facilities were impressive, and the hotel had a luxurious feel while still being warm. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. It exceeded my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to returning. I’d recommend it to anyone after comfort, quality, and a memorable stay.

The hotel was pleasant and well kept, with a relaxing atmosphere. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and the warm hospitality made the stay memorable. Peter, Badr, and Asad deserve special thanks. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional, always doing extra to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their kindness and dedication really stayed with us.

Mahmoud Elsayed in Room 2137 deserves a special thank you. He looked after our room so carefully and kept it perfect, and his amazing towel creations made our daughter’s holiday magical. She was delighted, with stars in her eyes! The whole team’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel so welcome. The room, food, and service were all great, and the stay absolutely lived up to its 5-star rating. It was a wonderful experience, and we hope to visit again.

The only slightly annoying part came on our day trip. We ordered breakfast boxes, but got a sandwich that was just a slice of cheese in bread, an apple, a small muffin, and water. It was basically quick carbs, with no protein or much nutrition. Apart from that, this was the best holiday and service we’ve ever had. We stayed seven nights at the Steigenberger Ras soma, and the hotel was just what we expected, with a lovely beach and exceptional service. The food was delicious in every à la carte restaurant and the main buffet. Our room was perfect for a week, with a large bathroom, huge shower, and a nice balcony with a partial sea view. It was serviced daily, and the staff made cute towel animals. At the Aqua bar by the activity pool, Hosam looked out for us every day and never let us stay thirsty for long. He was so friendly, and we’re very grateful. Hashim at the Cabana pool bar was also lovely, funny, and always in a good mood.
