SUNRISE Aqua Joy Resort

We booked at the last minute after our original hotel turned out to be poor, and arrived just 15 minutes later. The staff were fantastic, with spot-on service, support, and communication. The location is good, and the private beach, several winter-heated pools, small aqua park, and plenty of bars, restaurants, and seating meant we could always find a spot we liked. We booked snorkeling and quad safari trips through the hotel staff. Both were well priced and good value. Construction was going on, but the work stayed within sociable hours, and staff paid attention to any issues it caused. I had nothing to dislike.

The animation team made every day lively with fun activities, great shows, and upbeat energy. Their professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion were outstanding. Ms. Samar deserves a special mention. Her charisma, kindness, and energy made everyone feel welcome and involved, and she brought smiles and laughter wherever she went. Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort was beautiful, clean, and well organized, with everything we needed for a holiday. The rooms were comfortable, the food varied and delicious, and the atmosphere relaxing. The entertainment team made the stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it for a great holiday with good service and entertainment, and I’ll definitely come back.

Aqua Joy Sunrise Lovely Hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location suited a relaxing getaway. The warm atmosphere made it easy to feel at home as soon as we arrived. I’d recommend it for an enjoyable, fun stay and would definitely return.

We liked the evening entertainment shows, and the beach area was relaxing. The pools and slides were great for both kids and adults. The resort was clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly and attentive. The buffet had a great range of tasty food, and the all-inclusive meals were brilliant. We also tried the à la carte restaurants and liked them. One odd thing is that every bar except the lobby closes at 5 pm. It would be nice to have a couple of evening spots with a bar, maybe by the beach jetty with music and more of a bar atmosphere. The lobby feels a little soulless in the evening.
