It wasn't what we expected. We were put up in what they called the club. It was okay, nothing really to complain about, but the place seemed short-staffed.

The hotel is really good and the service is too. Everyone is polite and thoughtful, and everything is very clean. The food tastes good. I especially adore the animation team, they're gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️

We’re still at Sunrise Azalea Aqua Park Resort in Hurghada, and already know we’d happily recommend it with five stars. The pool areas are in great shape, and the pool staff do a fantastic job looking after everything. The service around the pools is excellent. Meals have been tasty and varied. We’re welcomed warmly and shown to an available table right away, so there’s no wandering around looking for a place to sit. Our room has been clean and comfortable, and room service keeps it feeling welcoming each day. The staff throughout the resort are kind and attentive without hovering or asking for tips. Even the extras were a pleasant surprise: I had progressive sunglasses made at the on-site optician, and they fit perfectly, the process went smoothly, and the price was very good. The spa massages weren’t cheap, as usual, but worth every cent, and the service there was professional too. Everything seems well organized. We’re very happy here and enjoying the all-inclusive holiday.

The food and cleanliness really stood out, and the service was excellent in the restaurants as well as the lobby. Everyone was friendly, and it’s a very respectable hotel. I’d suggest it to anyone wanting to relax, they should have a lovely time. Honestly, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at.
