The Bosque - Hotel Hurghada

The staff were friendly, the rooms were cleaned daily to a decent standard, and there were four swimming pools. The hotel is on the second line from a public sandy beach, about a 5-7 minute walk across the road. Reception gave us free beach tickets and there’s a free shuttle twice a day, though the beach is within walking distance anyway. On the right side of the wall by the boat anchorage, you can see some coral. There’s also a boat wreck partly above and partly below the water that snorkeling beginners can visit. The food was very varied, with plenty of options. The area outside the front of the hotel needs improvement, and the promenade starts about 7 minutes away. Entertainment was poor to nonexistent. Mosquitoes and flies can be a problem. They use a smock several times a week, but it doesn’t work very well. The bar sometimes runs out of drinks. There’s a pool table and darts available from 9-17. Take the tours and excursions! Overall, I had a good impression, especially for a last-minute price.

The four pools were a real highlight, especially the adults-only one, where I could relax in peace. The hotel was spotless, with careful attention to hygiene throughout. What impressed me most, though, was the staff. They were diligent and helpful from the moment I arrived, taking care of requests and concerns quickly and professionally. I felt valued and looked after like a VIP. The team also actively asked for constructive feedback, which showed they wanted to keep improving. I left La Rosa Boho Hotel feeling refreshed and pampered. The service and facilities made for a memorable stay, and I’d highly recommend it. Thanks to the staff for making my time there so special.

The rooms were filthy, smelled bad, and had mosquitoes everywhere. Meals were awful, and the dining area was messy and unhygienic. Staff were disrespectful and unhelpful, and didn’t seem interested in dealing with concerns. The managers were just as careless and unwilling to fix anything. The hotel is on the second line from the beach, but there’s no shuttle or bus service, which is inconvenient. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has what you need and a lot of potential, but it isn’t being put to use. Better management is needed. Thank you.
