Nile Compound Hotel

M (The boss) really looks after his guests and the surrounding environment. The whole team deserves credit too, their work ethic and friendly manner made a great impression, and the owners' care shows in how the place is run. The food was excellent, and eating on the rear terrace came with incredible views. Everywhere was clean, and there’s plenty to enjoy in the facilities. It’s peaceful and much bigger than it first seems, set in a beautiful quiet spot right beside the nile ❤️‍🔥. I’d happily recommend staying here, enjoy! 💯 🥷

The owners are caring and always willing to help or make sure you're comfortable. The staff were welcoming too, and breakfast was generous and clearly prepared with care. There’s a real Egyptian feel to the house, with warmth, character, and a story around every corner. It felt more like being in a home than at a hotel. The place is secluded and deeply peaceful, with a garden full of banana trees and the Nile in view when you wake up. You hear nature around you, and it can feel like a hidden little sanctuary. I left with an experience I’ll remember long after the stay.

We only got to spend 4 days at Nile Compound, which felt far too short. It's a lovely, peaceful oasis well away from the hustle of Luxor city, and we had a chance to properly relax. Everyone on staff was so friendly and ready to help. We especially owe Ilse and Mahmoud a thank you. After a disastrous tour on our first day, they rescued the rest of the trip by arranging the tours for the following days, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time here, enjoying the lovely view, the quiet and the pool. The service was really good, and thanks to all the staff, especially Mimud for keeping us laughing with his jokes. Mahmud and his wife were very hospitable. The place is beautiful. We’re already looking forward to seeing the new section that was under construction.
