The tour guide, Mr. Tamer, brought our visits to life with the way he told their stories. On board the Mövenpick Royal Lotus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and ready to help. Thank you to Mr. Arafa, Mr. Youssef, and the chefs for making us feel special and handling our extra requests. Mr. Jimmy at the cruise boutique was kind too, and had beautiful jewelry at very good prices. My first Nile cruise was amazing from beginning to end. A memorable, relaxing trip, and one I’d happily recommend.

The food was excellent and the service was five-star. But we felt deceived by a purchase from the ship's shop: my trusted goldsmith confirmed that the lapis lazuli we were sold was fake. The rest was excellent, but a scam is still a scam.
