Royal Pharaohs Makadi

The food was honestly the best we've had at a resort in Egypt, with an enormous range of delicious dishes for every taste and age. My children and I spent a wonderful week at Pickalbatros Makadi Resort, and it's a new, beautiful hotel where everything feels thoughtfully organized for a family holiday. The private beach is large and lovely, with a fantastic coral reef for snorkeling. Pools are spread among the buildings, so it never felt overcrowded. Evenings had pleasant entertainment and music that wasn't too loud or intrusive. The grounds are carefully designed and beautifully maintained. There's plenty for adults and kids, including heated pools, a big aquapark, a gym, a kids' club, animation programs, bicycles for getting around, and a VR games room that deserves special praise. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, and housekeeping was excellent every day. Everyone we dealt with at the beach, pools, bars, restaurants, housekeeping, and as lifeguards was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to hotel manager Mr. Nabil, Russian-speaking guest relations representative Ella, and Dutch-speaking guest relations representative Amani for their friendly, professional help with our questions. Our family had an unforgettable holiday. I'd highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

One of the best parts was the dining. There are more than six restaurants with different cuisines and styles, and the food quality was excellent. The buffet and à la carte choices gave us so much variety that it was hard to get bored. Pickalbatros Makadi Resort feels new and modern, and it's very well kept. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and fresh, from the furniture to the bathroom, with daily housekeeping keeping it that way. Service was consistently good too, with friendly, professional staff ready to help. Mr. Nabil, Manager at the reception, was especially helpful and cooperative. He made check-in and any requests during the stay easy and pleasant. I had a truly enjoyable visit that exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend the resort and consider coming back.

We'd definitely return to Albatros Makadi. The rooms were spotless, and Mahmoud in housekeeping kept ours in perfect condition with great attention. Mahmoud Fattouh at reception was welcoming and professional throughout. The service and staff were amazing, and the beach and snorkeling team helped us make the most of the water. I highly recommend the resort, especially for families.

The animation team really made the holiday feel lively, with games, activities, and evening entertainment full of energy. They interacted with guests in such a friendly, natural way and made everyone feel included. Dash is an awesome animator, always bringing great vibes and loads of energy. We love Dash!!!! The rooms were clean, the food was good, and service stayed friendly throughout. Everything was organized well, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and relaxing. Big thanks to the team for making the stay so memorable.
