A special thank you to Khaled for looking after us so well by the warm pool. Whenever we came over for coffee, his kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile made the time even nicer. He was always polite, caring, and professional, and our mornings started with such a good mood and positive energy. That kind of service really makes a difference to a holiday. A lovely place for a holiday, right by the sea, with good snorkeling. The gym in the spa building is well equipped, and the massages there were perfect. Food and service were delicious and good. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re spacious, clean, and functional. The staff are willing, cheerful, and ready to help with requests. I’d recommend coming here and enjoying your time.

We especially appreciated how the resort welcomed dogs and cats around the grounds. We love animals, and their presence never bothered us. It actually made the stay more pleasant. The surroundings are beautiful too, and I’m glad the hotel management treats the animals respectfully instead of seeing them as a problem. We’d be happy to return.

The grounds are lush and kept clean, with repairs and upgrades happening regularly. There’s a good range of sports and activities, a nice beach, and a lovely reef for snorkeling. The food was excellent, with plenty of tasty choices all day, and the drinks came in reusable cups, which was great. Most staff were professional, friendly, approachable, and hardworking. I didn’t feel like I was expected to tip constantly as at some other hotels, and that actually made us tip more often. The people selling services on the beach were respectful and decent about promoting their businesses too, much better than we’ve experienced elsewhere.
