The staff’s warmth and helpfulness made the stay feel special, especially for our family with children. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the property itself is stylish, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed. Everything from the décor to the amenities felt carefully considered. We also found the facilities excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded my expectations. I’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

The resort grounds are huge, with room for walks, sunbathing, sports, and swimming. We spent seven days there during a dive trip, and it was a relaxing place to stay with helpful staff who sorted out any issues quickly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good food selection, especially the freshly served items, and everything tasted good. Two small annoyances: the door didn’t block corridor noise, and proper coffee wasn’t available until 10 a.m. because there was no espresso machine at breakfast. Still, I’d recommend a visit. We felt well looked after.

The hotel and setting are lovely, and the staff are very friendly. But Zidan, the animation manager, kept yelling at his team in front of guests, which made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. Nobody should be treated like that. It’s a shame one person could spoil such a positive place.

The reef is right beside the hotel, and we loved the food, friendly atmosphere, and entertainment team. The service is at a really high level, easily the best hotel in madinat Coraya. I’d definitely recommend it for a holiday.
