Shark paradise-Adults Only

I came to Marsa Alam without booking anything, as usual, and ended up at this dive center after chatting with the Egyptian breeze and the guys I was staying with. I thought I’d pay by the day and do maybe 2-3 days. I’m fairly new to diving, so I didn’t know an advance package would have cost less for the same dives. Still, I enjoyed it so much that I stayed for 9 days and did 23 dives. They looked after me really well, and I came away with great dives, photos and videos. The whole team was great, and I shared a few coffees with the owner, Emad, as dawn came up. I’d recommend the center to anyone diving there.

Really love this place.

We came as four in March, mainly for the diving, and had a really enjoyable stay. The dives were organized and started on time, and our guide Hassan showed us a lot underwater and took lovely photos at several sites. Emad, the manager, was always around and keen to help. The staff in general were friendly and helpful, and every meal was tasty, served at the table, with generous portions. The rooms are plain but spacious, and this is a dive center, not a five-star resort. Sharkparadise is right by the beach, across a road, though the house reef is small. One limitation was that we could only do two dives a day because one of the guides wasn’t available. As beginners, that was fine for us. If you have particular expectations about the hotel or diving, check them in advance. We had a wonderful holiday. Greetings from Germany.

This is a small, comfortable dive hotel with a friendly feel and really good service. The rooms have what you need, and the food is excellent. Requests and suggestions get dealt with quickly by Mr. No Problem. Just don’t come expecting a lively scene or entertainment, it’s not that kind of place.
