SUNRISE Anjum Resort

The calm, well-organized atmosphere stood out, even though the resort is very kid-friendly. There was no chaos or loud shouting by the pool or beach, just a relaxed, respectful feel. The staff were kind, patient, and attentive, especially with children, and we felt very welcome and cared for. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. Pool water was always clean and pleasantly warm, which was great for families. Food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of food and drink choices. The bar drinks were excellent, and the coffee was a pleasant surprise. We live in Italy and are used to good espresso, and this was great too. A special thanks to Moaz, who kept checking in, asking how we were and if he could help. His care really made a difference. We had a wonderful week at this beautiful, peaceful resort and highly recommend it to families looking for a calm, well-run place where kindness and quality come through.

A special mention to Ahmed Hussein, the Food & Beverage Manager. His leadership showed in the consistency and organization of the food and service throughout the resort. He was approachable, present, and clearly cared about guest satisfaction. The a la carte meals were excellent, and the Italian and Asian Restaurant Managers both made sure the service and attention to detail were top quality. Mahmoud at reception was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Tamer kept our room spotless, while Jamaica the lifeguard was friendly, attentive, and made us feel safe at the pool and beach. Islam at the bar served with a smile, energy, and professionalism. The food was delicious, varied, and nicely presented. The facilities, atmosphere, and especially the people made our stay at Sunrise Anjum unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and ready to make us comfortable. We highly recommend the resort and will definitely return.

My wife and I had a great stay at Sunrise Anjum Resort. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I especially enjoyed the cocktails, with their delicious and interesting flavor combinations. There weren't many activities, so the lack of animation was a minor downside. Still, everything else was great, and I'd recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The extra activities weren't anything special, but we chose this hotel for a peaceful, elegant, clean stay at a good level, and that is what we got. The food was good and the bar very good. Common areas were clean and felt safe. We judge places by how they handle problems, and ANJUM Surise dealt with all our concerns. There was an issue with the shower cleanliness, but staff quickly moved us to another room. One of our sons has asthma, so a completely clean place was very important to us, and the staff understood and helped immediately. Most reception staff spoke really good English, though sometimes we had to ask for someone else to help. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and ready to assist. On our first day at the pool, people approached us offering Quad Safari and diving. They seemed a little sketchy at first, but turned out to be completely legitimate. We didn't use their diving service and booked with our travel agency instead, which in hindsight was a mistake. Today we'd honestly pick the hotel's diving center. The lifeguards were the concern. They seemed bored with their work. At the pool that wasn't a major issue, but the lifeguard at the pier never seemed to be actively watching guests. If you get into trouble snorkeling, be prepared to rely on yourself rather than expect immediate help. The hotel is almost perfect.
