Aqua Sidi Heneish by Alma

We had the three-room apartment, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner had lots of choices and was good, though expensive. The kids loved the pizza, the Nigiri was delicious, and the classic Sushi wasn’t as good. There’s a nice pool, a great beach, and a basic gym, so it works well for two or three nights. You’ll need a car and be willing to drive at least 40 minutes to find anything else to do. Management should keep an eye on staff playing unpleasant tricks for tips. Despite that, we had a great experience.

I spent almost a month trying to reserve a room for my engagement. They kept asking me for information, but never sent the prices or room photos I requested. After collecting all my data and wasting my time, they told me they only accept bookings two days in advance. The customer service was horrible and extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place.

The beach is amazing, just a minute away, and even at full occupancy the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing. The rooms and villas have beautiful architecture and finishing, with views of both the sea and pool. There’s a multi-level pool, an international restaurant, a small gym, and a gaming room. The staff are super friendly too. It’s a great fit for families wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

Trying to book a room for our engagement was a terrible experience. Nobody answers the phone, and they require FACEBOOK LINKS to let you see the prices and available rooms. The service just to arrange a booking was zero, and even management was unreachable when I tried to make an official complaint. I’d never recommend this place.
