The view is the only reason I’m giving this one star. The room was disgusting: black mold everywhere, yellow water, a TV that didn't work, and windows that let in the sound of every passing car. Neither the sheets nor the floor had been cleaned. The workers have absolutely no shame. I came back from the beach today to find my room had been opened. Nothing had been cleaned, and some of my money was gone. I asked other guests, and they said they'd had the same problem. -10000/10.

The eighth floor is new and acceptable, but the rest of the hotel is old and poorly maintained. It's right in front of the sea, so the view is nice, though the songs from the shops across the road are very loud all night. Breakfast is ordinary and the hotel isn't very clean. The rooms are okay for the low price.

You get one of the best hotel views in matrouh, and the hotel is right in the city center, close to just about every service. There's a hyper market around the corner, and everything else is only a few footsteps away. The reception area is good, and the food feels homemade and nice. The rooms aren't perfect, but they're good enough for a week in summer when most of your time is spent at the beaches, shopping, and doing outdoorsy things.
