The sea was the highlight for me, clear and turquoise, almost like the Caribbean. The pools and grounds were well cared for, and the whole place had a pleasant feel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were smiling, helpful, and made us feel welcome. There was plenty of fresh, tasty food to choose from. I was very satisfied with the hotel and its service, and would definitely return. A great choice for a quality holiday.

The staff's hospitality stood out, especially Ms. Farha Youssry from guest relations, who made our stay feel well looked after. We spent two nights at the start of September 2025. The place was clean and attractive, and our spacious, spotless room had a nice-sized balcony looking out over both the sea and the pools. Breakfast had lots of good-quality options, and we also enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant. The beach cafe was great too, with service right on the beach. Good food, lovely service, and a stunning beach. I'd happily recommend it and hope to come back on my next trip to Egypt.

Mr. Mohamed Shokry, the pool supervisor known as "Smiley Man," deserves a special mention. He was cheerful, professional, and so attentive that he made sure I had what I needed before I even had to ask. I stayed from 12th of August until the 26th of August, in room 3207, and I'll definitely return next year. The place was spotless throughout, from the pools and rooms to the shared areas, and the gardens were immaculate. All-inclusive really did include everything. Beach and pool umbrellas were free, and towels were changed daily for anyone who wanted that. Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive, including the reception team, waiters, lifeguards, room cleaners, gardeners, and everyone keeping standards high. The gardeners and other staff who aren't always directly with guests deserve credit too. It's a 5-star hotel that deserves 10. Top vacation, congratulations to all the staff. I highly recommend it.

I've stayed here before, and each summer visit seems better than the last. The sea views and pristine beach are breathtaking, and the food is delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a luxurious design that makes it easy to relax. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, so I feel at home each time. One of my favorite places for summer, and I'll definitely be back.
