Triumph White Sands Hotel

The location was perfect, even better than I’d expected, and I really enjoyed staying at Triumph White Sands Hotel. My room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful sea view, and the food was absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff was lovely and welcoming. Jermeen deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to help me during my stay. Her kindness and excellent customer service made a real difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The daily entertainment on the beach was one of the highlights, with swimming, boat tours and other fun activities. Shops and entertainment facilities surround the hotel, and the city center is close enough to make exploring easy. The sea view was magnificent, and I never got tired of it. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, a comfortable retreat after a day out, and I felt completely safe throughout the stay. Food was premium quality, tasty and varied. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Triumph White Sands Hotel were wonderfully hospitable and went out of their way to make things comfortable. It was a pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I’d love to visit again and highly recommend the hotel for a premium stay with great views and hospitality.

The view from our clean, well-kept two-room unit was lovely, and breakfast was decent, though it was the same every day. The guest relations manager checked in regularly and seemed genuinely interested in feedback. Still, staff weren't proactive. A few times I went to the desk to ask for cleaning and couldn't find anyone there or at the entrance. Nobody was on hand to greet us by the garage or help with bags. Parking cost about $17 a night despite the limited space and lack of parking staff, something I haven't encountered on other trips. We could also hear loud music from nearby hotels a couple of hours past midnight because the rooms aren't soundproof. The price felt high for a four-star hotel with no extra facilities or service compared with lower-rated places. My wife and mom wanted to visit Marsa Matruh after the summer rush, so we booked a sea-view unit. It was a decent stay, but Triumph Hotel didn't add much for us. I'd suggest renting a whole beach villa instead.

The kids' play area and beachfront were great, and we loved having breakfast from the buffet with a view of the sea from the dining area. The staff were polite, and the relationship manager was another feature we appreciated. A must-stay luxury hotel.
