The price is very good, and the coaches and cleanliness are both very good too. The rooms and location are poor. It could be a good place to refresh your health or lose weight.

I stayed here for almost two months because my company arranged the accommodation. The bed creaked whenever I turned over, and the bathtub couldn't be used because the drain fitting underneath leaked. Although they said they changed the sheets and pillowcases daily, mine weren't changed for nearly three weeks until I raised it. Flies got into my food and room, and the food quality was very bad. Orders could arrive late, and sometimes they brought whatever they wanted instead of what I had ordered. The staff didn't seem well trained and often tried to manipulate things. They didn't respect guests' time or wishes. There is plenty of space and a list of amenities, but not the skills or trained staff to maintain them. This might suit Egyptians or people looking for cheap accommodation outside the city, but it doesn't meet the standard for foreigners. It was a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it to foreigners or anyone able to spend more on a better place.

I came away from the five-day weight loss program at La Veina Resort with a fresh mindset and a lifestyle I want to keep following. It helped to isolate myself from interruptions and work stress so I could focus on my goal. Sandra Makkary, the nutrition doctor, was highly professional, and I learned a lot from her. Dr Ahmed Farrag was an excellent physical therapy doctor, and C. Hassan and C. Amr were excellent fitness trainers. The facilities and the food and beverages team were especially pleasant and helpful. A few things need work: the laundry quality was low, the fitness play yard was very poor, and most evening sessions were held in the dark. The gym could also use more equipment, with only three treadmills and two bikes.

The internet is poor, and these days the food quality and service are poor as well. Management takes visitors' concerns lightly and doesn't seem to understand or take care of them. I don't think this hotel is suitable for foreigners to stay in.
