Mermaid Resort

The rooms and location were decent, and the food was the part I liked. My friend and I stayed for about 9 days, but we were supposed to remain another 5. There were 10-15 dogs and cats around, which was really irritating while eating. When I woke up today, I saw that a dog or cat had vomited on the seat where we eat every day. A staff member had seen it but left it there without cleaning it. I got fed up and left. 0% cleanliness.

This is the best camp I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the rooms are neat and clean, and the service is perfect. The staff are lovely and helpful, they made me feel like I was dealing with family.

The food is fresh and simple, made with care, and the clean spaces are thoughtfully arranged to suit the landscape. You can disconnect, reflect, swim, hike, or just breathe properly for the first time in a while. The camp holds you without asking for anything in return. It’s one of those rare places that quietly resets your nervous system. Mountains, sea, and sky are in breathtaking balance, and the camp’s simplicity is what makes it special. Nothing feels forced or overdone. The atmosphere is calm and grounded, and the staff are kind and present. Moetaz was especially welcoming in a genuine way that made me feel safe and at home.
