The underwater life was amazing, so bring your snorkel if you can. We spotted giant sea turtles and the dujong, which was so cool. It was windy while we were there, but the beach had windscreens, and staff brought drinks right to us while we relaxed. From the start to the end of the holiday, we were amazed by the people working there. Everyone was friendly, and no question was too much. We had great food and drinks and a wonderful experience at the hotel. It's definitely not the cheapest in Egypt, but it's worth it.

The animation team brought great energy all day, with activities, entertainment, and friendly chats that made everyone feel included. The employees and waiters were cool, cheerful, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their service and the warm atmosphere made our stay at Jaz Costa Mares unforgettable. We'd definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The beach was beautifully kept and so close to the pool, with showers by the pool and changing cubicles at the beach. We loved the daily volleyball, and the snorkeling right off the beach was some of my best in Egypt. We saw dugongs and turtles just offshore. Our room was upgraded, which we really appreciated, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the hotel was spotless, and the grass was perfectly groomed. The restaurant food was delicious and the waiting staff were fantastic. The animation team from magic world made our stay special, especially Quinty, Bruno, Zizo and Felix. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I'd love to come back. What a special place!

The adults-only setting made for a calm, relaxing stay, and the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. There was an amazing amount of food to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. Bar service was perfect, friendly and professional, always with a smile. I stayed over Christmas in December, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the start. Manager Mohamed Khalaf and animator Zizu were especially kind, attentive, and cheerful, and all the employers were very nice to us. Everything was excellent. Thank you to the whole team for making Christmas memorable.
