The reception team handled a small room issue at the start of our stay immediately and flawlessly. They understood straight away and offered us another room without any discussion. That was exemplary service, and it made us fans. The staff throughout the resort were unusually well trained, professional, polite, and genuinely kind. We felt welcome and taken seriously. The resort itself is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with a calm, luxurious feel and attention to detail. Our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and kept to a very high standard. Housekeeping was excellent. The pools were clean, roomy, well organized, and relaxing. Meals were a pleasure, with excellent quality ingredients, lots of variety, and lovely presentation. The evening entertainment also exceeded our expectations: it was tasteful, high quality, and professionally done, much better than we’re used to at similar resorts. One honest downside is how smoker-friendly the resort currently feels. During evening entertainment, smokers often occupy the best seats, leaving non-smokers exposed to smoke. It takes away from the experience and doesn’t fit the otherwise high standards. Clearer smoke-free zones or better separation would improve things. We’re extremely satisfied and look back on our stay with great appreciation. With a small change to the smoking policy, it would be close to perfect.

We had a fantastic week in a magical, comfortable setting, with beautiful weather, and truly hope to return. The hotel isn’t huge, but its low buildings are spread attractively across a spacious area, giving it a charming colonial feel. The courtyards and paths were spotless, carefully designed, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail everywhere. From reception to the restaurants, bars, and housekeeping, the staff were kind and helpful throughout. Thank you very much for a wonderful week.

The clinic, doctor, and whole medical team were professional, attentive, and provided outstanding care. Everything was well organized, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. This is a remarkable stay at one of the oldest hotels in the tourist area, with a long-standing reputation reflected in the excellent facilities and service. Highly recommended.

Our favorite holiday so far. The hotel was peaceful and tranquil, with fantastic food and drinks as part of the all-inclusive stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, and we really didn’t want to leave. Absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We felt completely safe, including around sanitary matters, and everyone was so kind. The pool became our main spot, with great service and no scramble for sunbeds, which was such a change from other hotels. We had a lot of fun at the evening concerts too. The food was outstanding, with loads of choice and great quality. Hossam was a great room boy, and we also appreciated how reception handled our request for a slightly different view. They gave us a room with a really lovely sea view. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
