Prime Residence Sheikh Zayed

I had a lovely stay in the one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen utensils were clean and new, and the rooms were clean too. The cooking gas worked quickly, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed it a lot.

The practical support from the staff really put me at ease. They helped me sort out a problem with the taxi driver when I arrived, including going to an ATM and exchanging money. Mr Omar and Mr Shawky at reception were especially kind and resourceful, finding workable solutions. I’d emailed ahead about arriving after midnight, and they replied before my trip. Reception is open 24 hours with two staff members. When you get there, ring the doorbell because the gate is shut. The reception entrance is down the stairs on the right, at level 0. The room was clean and had very new appliances. With all the appliances there, you can bring food and make dinner, or order from outside. Reception can suggest some delivery options.

The staff were polite and easy to work with, and everything about my hotel stay was great.

Prime Residence felt comfortable and welcoming, with staff who were friendly, approachable, and keen to help. The rooms were clean, in good shape, and thoughtfully laid out. I also felt the residence was safe and secure, which matters a lot to me. It isn’t a traditional five-star hotel, but the comfort and hospitality made it feel like home. For anyone visiting Cairo who wants good service, comfort, and safety without the formality of a five-star stay, I’d recommend Prime Residence in Sheikh Zayed. The pricing also felt like good value.
