Seven Stays Zayed

The staff are what made my two weeks at Seven Stays Hotel memorable. From the first day, everyone was warm and made sure I felt welcome and looked after. Saied Ali Hamed deserves a special mention for his professionalism, kindness, and readiness to help with recommendations or anything else. He was always there with a friendly face. This was my first time in Cairo, and Seven Stays was a great choice. It’s in the Sheikh Zayed area, close to the top malls, the Pyramids, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. There was a nice range of breakfast options. My stomach didn’t always agree with it, though that was probably just me adjusting after coming from the UK. I still appreciated the selection and the effort. I can’t recommend Seven Stays Hotel enough and will definitely return on my next Cairo trip.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Aya and Huda were kind and gave great service. The rest of the team made us feel at home too: Shahed at reception was welcoming and always ready to help, Amira and Marwa took great care of our room, and Omar and Alawi greeted us with warm smiles every morning. Seven Stays Cairo exceeded my expectations for hospitality, cleanliness, and friendly service. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and in a safe area. Americanas plaza, with its international restaurants, and a local shopping centre are both within walking distance. The staff were polite and professional. A very good choice. 👌

The reception and other staff were very friendly, and the place has a chic look. It’s close to Arkan and Americana plaza. But honestly, my superior room didn’t feel superior at all, just very basic. The beds were terribly small and uncomfortable, so overall it wasn’t worth the money.
