Casa Cook North Coast - Adults only

The whole place is beyond amazing, and Osama was the best of the crew. He was so helpful and his service was exceptional.

We chose Casa Cook North Coast for a stay from the 1st to the 12th because we wanted a calm, stylish boutique hotel. Before the trip, we were told it was overbooked, which is unacceptable for a five star property. They said we’d have to move after three days to the newly opened Casa Cook White. Casa Cook White is right on the main road and feels like a mass tourism resort, with a big pool and a completely different atmosphere from the boutique place we booked. It doesn’t have the charm we were promised. I couldn’t find “Casa Cook White” online or on the official Casa Cook website, which makes me strongly suspect it isn’t an official property and could be a fake used to mislead guests. This feels deliberate, not like a one-off mistake. Other guests have said they were abruptly relocated under the label of an “upgrade.” It seems obvious they may be moving long-stay guests like us, who booked 12 days, so they can resell those nights to several shorter stays and maximize profit. You’re left feeling scammed, as though the same room is being sold multiple times. Even though Casa Cook North Coast was supposedly fully booked, we saw it listed on several booking platforms for those exact dates. That made the situation seem even more questionable and dishonest. Be very careful if you book it. There seems to be a real chance you’ll be moved to what I suspect is a “fake” sister property as part of a profit-driven strategy. This isn’t just poor service, it’s a scam. Casa Cook El Gouna is more reliable than this.

The hotel’s bohemian look has a simple, relaxed charm, and the beach was beautiful. I stayed for more than 10 days and was happy throughout. Service was warm and attentive, with kind hospitality from the General Manager, the reception team, and all the staff. Cleanliness was generally good, though the humidity and weather made it a bit challenging. It didn’t affect my comfort or enjoyment. I’m definitely coming back!

The service was the most amazing I’ve seen anywhere in the world. Everyone was sweet, welcoming, and nice, and practically everything we asked for was done in a jiffy. We were organizing an engagement with people coming from all over the world, which was stressful. The team really made us proud as Egyptians 😍
