The room was one of the best my partner and I have stayed in, with lots of space and natural light. The service was impeccable, and the location made it easy to explore the coast, Fragas do Eume, and the surrounding area.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always up for a chat and full of recommendations. Breakfast was lovely too, and although we didn't use the pool, it looked amazing. The hotel has a wonderfully quiet, laid-back feel and a vintage look, decorated in an old-fashioned way that makes it feel like stepping back 50 years. It's in a great spot within walking distance of the Fragas do Eume valley. If a time-capsule stay with a little Fawlty Towers feel, minus the bad parts, sounds good to you, this is the place.

The room I got was adequate, and I really liked the decor and furniture. It's okay overall, though I wasn't comfortable with them making a photocopy of my DNI, which, as far as I know, is illegal.

Breakfast was fantastic, and we had a great room. The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet spot, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We can't fault it and will come back.

We haven't had a better bed or breakfast anywhere on our trip around Spain. Thank you! :)
