Camping Cachadelos

The campsite is right by the beach and kept very clean, with good facilities and a nice pool. There's free WiFi across the whole park, plus a restaurant and café, a small supermarket for basics, and a good shower setup. The staff were kind and helpful too. We had a really good stay.

I only passed through and didn't stay here. Maybe this kind of road-trip romance just isn't for me, or perhaps I'm a bit too old for the noisy crowd next door. Either way, I wouldn't stay even for a day.

There are plenty of beaches nearby, and the campsite sits between O Grove and Portonovo, which makes the location really handy. We've camped here many times and have always had a good experience. The pitches are generally looked after, though a few have too many roots or not much grass. You can use the pool, playground, barbecue area, café, supermarket, and dishwashing facilities. The bathrooms are dated but have what you need. Prices have gone up over the last few years, though they're much like other campsites around here.
