The breakfast was fresh, simple and tasty, served in a lovely open-air space. Our hosts at the Casa were warm and helpful, and their son spoke perfect English and helped us book excursions. The place felt like a wellness spa, with a beautifully renovated room that kept the old building’s character. It’s peaceful, just a few kilometers from the beach and local restaurants, and there are woodland walks nearby with natural river pools for swimming. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We spent four nights here and loved the setting. Such a wonderful place to unwind, and our hosts made us feel very welcome. We didn’t have a car, but a taxi from the local town cost only 6-7 euros, so getting by without one was manageable. Highly recommend!

Paco and Teresa told us how they became Albariño winemakers and chose to share their world with tourists and wine enthusiasts. The bodega tour with Paco was exceptional, and breakfast was great too. The casa rural is idyllic, and they have some lovely dogs!

You’ll need a car to reach restaurants, which was the only drawback for us. The location itself is beautiful, tucked into a little valley, and the restored rooms were lovely and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was lovely too, and the owner’s winery tour was really interesting.
