It’s a lovely town to visit, and the hotel had a cozy, homelike feel instead of feeling like a hotel. The family running it were so kind and looked after us really well. We even got more than what was on the usual breakfast list.

Jose, the owner, was warm and helpful all week, and we’d happily come back. We spent a week at Casa Suarna and really enjoyed it. The breakfast was spectacular, and our room was just right, with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom that had everything we needed.

Being so close to the river was great, and the air conditioning was especially welcome during the heat wave. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and it felt like good value for money. The downside was the noise: voices and slamming doors from next door came through, and you could hear the pipes when someone turned on a tap.

We were very comfortable here during our motorcycle trip, and would like to return someday. The room was bright and airy, with a comfortable bed and a full bathroom. The service was friendly and high quality, while the place itself was simple and unpretentious. Thanks for hosting us, Jose.

Jose greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped sort out a small mix-up with the number of beds. We were staying at the Hotel Suarna on our motorcycle trip through Los Ancares, and everything else was impeccable. The value for money was unbeatable. We’ll be back in the area and at the hotel, definitely recommend it.
