That huge bed was a real plus, and the mattress was excellent. The place was clean, without unpleasant smells, and had a roomy bathroom and shower. Its decor draws on local customs and motifs, which made me want to explore the area. The price felt a bit high for what you get, and the restaurant is good but expensive. Still, it works well for an overnight stop or a few nights, and I might come back. It's not bad.

The receptionist was really friendly, and the shower room was very good. I thought the place was more like a one-star hostel than the three-star hotel shown on Google, so I'm leaving one star until that gets fixed. The room itself was fine for a one-star place. The mattress was a little hard, and the windows didn't block much noise, though the area was fairly quiet last night. Breakfast costs an extra €5 for coffee and toast with butter and jam at the bar downstairs. It works out cheaper to skip the breakfast charge and order it there.

Parking was always available right outside, and getting in was easy for everyone since the elevator is at street level. The rooms were spacious, clean, and new, with excellent air conditioning and no noise at all. From my first contact to ask about prices and availability, the service was excellent. The staff were especially good, and the management and facilities deserve a 10/10. I've stayed in four-star hotels with worse treatment from staff. I'd give this one five stars, and we have no doubt we'll return and recommend it to visitors.

There were 16 of us with my youth team, and they treated us incredibly well. When we arrived late, they showed us to our rooms straight away and still served us an amazing dinner. The service the next morning was quick and friendly too. One of the kids left the key behind with everything inside, but even though it was late, they let us in so we could get back to the room. I'm the coach of Rayo Vallecano, and we went there a few weeks ago. It's a fantastic place.
