Ligüerre Enoturismo Resort

Guests were left in the freezing dark for over 8 hours, with no lights, heating, or guidance, and no staff in sight. It felt dangerous. After the meal, the power went out and never came back during that time. The outage itself wasn't the venue's fault, but their response was disgraceful. In a rural place where outages are more likely, a wedding venue charging so much should have a generator, a backup plan, and a willingness to help. I was a guest at this wedding, and the whole thing was a disaster. For such an important day, the venue showed no empathy, leadership, or sense of responsibility. The next morning they behaved as if nothing had happened. Given what they charge, this carelessness is unforgivable. You only get one wedding day, don't let this place ruin it.

The lake is so pretty, and the hotel really suited the vibe of my high school prom. I had a great time at the event, and the rooms were spacious and decent, though not the best I've stayed in. The Wi-Fi barely works, and there's no signal anywhere. Still, I'd definitely recommend it for events!

Jessica at reception was very friendly and helpful, and she speaks 8 different languages. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, and the people were friendly too. Our room had an amazing view, and we had a wonderful time at Ligüerre Resort.

The omelette was dry and some of the potatoes were burnt. When I asked for tomatoes the next morning, I was told there weren't any, although I could see them on other trays. The waiter who served me didn't know about them and didn't even check the kitchen. Service at the bar was painfully slow. After eventually getting my drink, I waited 15 minutes to pay, then had to go find the bartenders myself. They were chatting and smoking. I should have just left without paying instead of wasting time tracking them down. The staff came across as careless and unprofessional. At reception, I asked for an extra cushion and towel. The girl asked what I wanted them for, then said I could have a cushion because it was a resort, not a hotel, but that the towel would cost extra. Worst experience ever. I gave one star only because I couldn't give minus a hundred.
