We had breakfasts and dinners out on the terrace, which was lovely, and the apartment felt very spacious. The pool is right next to it and, I think, was cleaned every day. The whole area is well enclosed and private. The location worked well too. There are minimarkets and a cafe across the street, a supermarket 5 min away on foot, and the beach is a 10 min walk. The only downside was that the furniture looked a bit more worn than it did in the photos, though we still felt cozy there. We really enjoyed our stay at Avitan.

This was our second stay as a family of 4 in loft 1 apartment, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. It has everything you need, with an easy check-in and check-out and friendly, helpful hosts. A lovely place for a holiday. I'd definitely suggest Avitan apartments.

The service was awful, and they gave eight of us just two rolls of toilet paper for four days. They ask for a deposit and then come up with excuses to keep it. Terrible, they're scammers. If you don't want the stress or to lose money, don't rent this apartment.

We loved the place. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need, and the beds have good quality mattresses that made for a comfortable night's sleep. It's a cozy apartment with everything needed to feel at home.
