There are plenty of places to eat, and the prices are hard to beat. It seems like a great spot for families or couples.

Really good.
The biggest problem was the noise from upstairs: at 6 in the morning, the people above us were shouting, slamming doors and throwing things on the floor. It was a nightmare, and that's where I'd take off a star. There are some definite pluses. The pool was quiet and well kept, though the layout means other residents can see you while you're relaxing. Parking is useful, but the spaces are very tight and require precise manoeuvring. The place itself was clean and maintained, though I never did find the key to the outdoor bin room. We were on the ground floor, and our apartment felt rather dark. That mattered less since we were only there to sleep. The location is pretty good, overlooking a pedestrian street and a church, with all the supermarkets you could need close by. The beach is quite a way off, so taking the car is best.
I've been living here for about 11 years, and the door at building 1, entrance 3 is still always broken. Sometimes it won't open, sometimes it won't close, and very little seems to get done about it. People going into the rubbish containers have also given me more than one fright at night.
The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed, including a kitchen, washing machine, pool and parking. Communication was tricky because they don't speak English. We were also handed a whole bunch of keys instead of just one, for the garage, lift, pool, balconies and room.
