Victor was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond from the start. The apartment was really clean and felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed. It's in a lovely quiet area, but restaurants, bars, shops, the beach, and adjoining towns are easy to get to, and there's free parking. The pool area was clean and the pool a great size. We'll definitely stay here again.

We'd never stayed in shared accommodation on an overseas holiday before, after more than 30 years in private places, so we weren't sure how we'd feel about less space, other people, and a shared pool. It turned out to be great. This is a little gem, and we felt very comfortable here. Callao Mar is peaceful and relaxing. There are 15 apartments, but the good-sized pool area never felt crowded, and the water was a pleasant temperature. The whole place was spotless and in pristine condition, and Victor was friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. Our one-bedroom apartment felt spacious, with a roomy kitchen, dining, and living area. The cooking facilities were adequate. An oven would've been nice, but we managed fine without one. The bedroom was a good size, with enough clothes storage for two and a good-sized safe. The apartment was cleaned regularly, and rubbish was removed most days, I think. Underground parking was available too. It was 30 degrees outside for several days, but the front and rear balconies in our first-floor apartment let air flow through and kept the bedroom at a reasonable temperature overnight. There's satellite TV, though only a few UK channels. If you want more content, you could bring a Chromecast-type device to stream from your phone or tablet to the TV. We'll definitely come back and are thinking about spending a couple of months here next winter. We have no hesitation recommending Callao Mar.

For this price, it's amazing. The apartment was spacious and cozy, and there's a pool. It's a very quiet place, just five minutes from the village, shops, restaurants, and bars. The receptionist was really kind and friendly.

Keys were waiting for us at reception when we arrived, and the place was spotless, with the cleaner coming every day. We stayed for 12 days and had a really relaxing time. No fighting over sun loungers either, we used the same two throughout our stay. The place is beautiful, and I'd stay here again ❤️
