The children loved having a pool to enjoy, and the villa itself was beautiful. Service was impeccable, from the cleaning to the amenities and other services. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Our family of five adults had plenty of space in this new, clean property, and the staff were lovely, quick to answer questions and sort out issues. They’d also left basic groceries for us, including ham, cheese, bread and milk, which we really appreciated. The pool was a great temperature. We chose the place hoping for peace outside the busy Costa Adeje / Los Christianos area, but there was constant, very loud construction right across the street. We’d been told there wouldn’t be work on weekends, yet it started at 9 then, and at 8:30 on weekdays. The property can’t control it since the work is being done by their competition, but it was a real shame.

The photos made the place look nice, but things kept breaking, including the doors, wifi and TV. There’s construction right next door, and they work on weekends too. It wasn’t worth the stress, so I’d stay elsewhere.

The property looks lovely and has nice views over an area that may be pleasant one day, but there were too many problems for the price. There’s a strong raw sewage smell, especially downstairs, which spread during the day. The septic tank is in the garage attached to the house. The pool was cold, unheated and shallow, and the hot tub turned green within two days. Its jets sprayed above the waterline, so we stopped using it. You’ll need a car here. It’s very remote, and three different taxis we called wouldn’t come. The concierge was only available from 9:30 to 5:30, and no one answered the emergency number. We asked twice for clothes hangers and never got any. There were ants on the second floor, and the wifi was patchy. Someone tried to fix it, but there was still no internet on the second floor, including in the main bedroom. Phone reception was poor too. Since there are no TVs in the bedrooms, being able to connect an iPad to TV channels would have helped. The master bathroom sink wasn’t secured to the basin and twisted around. They blamed us and said they’d charge us, though it clearly hadn’t been fitted properly. The shower door in a guest room was stuck too. We hadn’t used that room, but they blamed us for that as well. The white, porous kitchen and bathroom surfaces seem easy to stain, and the white furniture marks easily. We kept it clean, but it doesn’t seem practical for a rental or a family with children. Bring tea towels and mugs or cups, as they only provide espresso cups. There are positive things: the property is attractive, staff sometimes seemed efficient, towels were regularly restocked and the cleaner came every day. But the sewer smell, unreliable wifi, and accusations over the sink and shower door would put me off returning. We’ve rented plenty of villas in Tenerife and feel there are better choices. Some reviews here appear to be from staff: Andre Magellans and Anastasia actually work for them, so those reviews may be biased. We were the first guests and expected more for what we paid.
