Coral Dreams

Natasha made us feel so welcome. She was always ready to help, whether recommending local spots or making sure our room was right, and her warmth and attention to detail really made the trip special. Everyone was friendly and helpful from check-in, but she especially stood out. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained, with comfortable rooms, lovely views and a great pool area for relaxing. The beach was only a short walk away. I had a truly lovely vacation, and we'll definitely be back next year. It's a gem for a relaxing stay with such good service.

The pool was far too cold for us in December and January because it wasn't heated. When we asked whether the system was broken or something, the answer we got was unclear.

The staff were lovely, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Everything was explained clearly when we arrived, and they spoke all languages fluently, which was a real help for those of us who don't. We were even offered drinks on arrival, a lovely touch. The ladies who cleaned the apartment were very polite and thorough, and fresh towels were offered every day. Service was exceptional throughout. Thank you ***** The apartment was clean, neat and well kept, with plenty of space and everything we needed. It was very well equipped for a self-contained stay. We also had our own garden with loungers, tables, chairs and an outdoor clothes rail, which was a really nice touch. Everything else was close by too: the beach was a literal five-minute walk, and restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets and chemists were all within walking distance.

The staff were very nice, and the place was clean. Still, we somehow 'lost' two items, though they weren't worth much. We had left our phones charging and our passport at the hotel, and those were completely fine. That was strange. Tui gave this apartment hotel a four-star rating, but the employees at Coral Dream described it as a two- or three-star place, which felt closer to reality. The photos and description were quite misleading compared with what we found. It was a good place overall, but I personally wouldn't return.
