There are tour operators right in the hotel, which made it convenient to book excursions, get tickets for the water park and zoo, or rent a car. The hotel is wonderful and close to several beaches. It has a few pools, and my daughter loved swimming in the warm water. Staff were friendly, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Towels and bed linen could be changed on request. On arrival, reception gave us somewhat inaccurate information about packed lunches, but we didn't let it spoil our mood. I hope staff can give consistent information and clear instructions about what to do.

Adale and the team were great fun, and we enjoyed the aqua gym and games. I even won a T-shirt. The hotel is lovely. I do think, though, that the bar staff pay more attention to guests who aren't all-inclusive. Some of the waiting staff, especially the senior ones, can also be abrupt and almost rude.

The adult-only rooftop is calm and lovely, and there's a reasonably priced shop on the ground floor. The pools are large and very clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean too. The hotel itself looks nice and tidy at first glance, and the staff are really nice. WiFi is free throughout. I asked reception for a kettle, and they gave us one at no extra cost.

The hotel was spotless and the staff really friendly. Food had a good range at every meal, and even during busy periods they kept bringing more out. There were plenty of sunbeds for relaxing, and everything was close by: Dukes shopping mall is a five-minute walk one way, Plaza del Duque luxury shopping five minutes the other, and beaches lined with restaurants and bars about ten minutes away. It works well for couples, friends, families, and solo travelers. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
