The food was a highlight. The sessions buffet was incredible, with lots of options that changed each day, and breakfast had plenty of choice too. The rooms were lovely and clean, the pools were great, and the hotel always smelled amazing. Most of the staff were happy to help with things like meal bookings and excursions. The reception team were wonderful apart from one person who wasn’t very helpful. At the rock shop, Cristina was friendly and great to deal with. The lady dressed as Ursula the day before was lovely too, and gave us roses because Valentine’s Day was close. We had a brilliant stay.

From our first meeting, we felt good about celebrating at the Hard Rock, and the care and support we got from everyone exceeded what we expected. You helped bring our vision to life. We’re grateful for all the details, conversations and effort over the past year. The venue spaces, food and service were all exceptional, and the thoughtful touches meant a lot, from the welcome message on our mirrors to guest relations checking that we had everything we needed. Nira, we especially appreciate having you as our wedding coordinator. You handled every question and request kindly and professionally, and we always felt reassured that you wanted the best for us. Thank you for arranging the Groom Room. It made a real difference that morning and helped us feel comfortable. Adriana made us feel so welcome at check-in and kindly gave us a beautiful room for our anniversary. The treats and note waiting there were a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us. Thanks as well to the management, the staff and Espe in the gift shop for being so kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.

We’ll absolutely be back after such a memorable stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and comfortable, with lovely little touches and amazing views. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and we had a great night’s rest every night. The pools, spa, restaurants and entertainment were all impressive and well maintained, with a luxury feel that wasn’t stuffy. Staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. One of the best hotel stays we’ve had, with a great mix of comfort, service and atmosphere.
